Returns Policy

Every product in the Just Cause Market shop is highly customized and made available as a Just-In-Time order (meaning, there is no inventory and each product is uniquely made for you at the time of order).

Due to the nature of the Just-In-Time orders, we are unable to accept returns based on wrong size ordered, dissatisfaction of the color, or other subjective reasons that make it extremely simple to return or exchange an item as you would within a retail store.

If there is a product defect (i.e. hole in the shirt, issues with the potential misplacement of the graphic or defects in the embroidery), we will work with you to get a replacement made and shipped out to you to ensure you are satisfied with the item.

In order to ensure you select the correct size or brand, please refer to our shirt selection which provides details on the brand and the materials in addition to the specifications listed with each product (including the sizing guidelines).

Ultimately, we want you to be a satisfied customer and will work with you.  Please understand that we are a small business and we are NOT setup to accept a simple return as we are not able to return it to our supplier unless there is a manufacturing or processing defect.
